How to book Volvoreta by Jimena?

To book a date you will only have to give us your confirmation by mail and a 1500 € down- payment for the contracted services. The remaining 70% will be paid one month before the wedding and the final 30% before the delivery of the material.

How to book Volvoreta 4U?

To book a date you will only have to give us your confirmation by mail and a 600 € down- payment for the contracted services in case that you want just the photo work, and 1000 € down-payment in case you want photo and video work. The remaining 70% will be paid one month before the wedding and the final 30% before the delivery of the material.

Schedule

In the initial meetings, seeing what ́s your idea about the wedding, we will tell you, aprox, how many hours we consider necessary from you start dressing up to the first hour of party. But don’t worry, if necessary, you can hire the extra hours you need at the moment.

A photographer or two?

If it is a wedding of less than 100 people we usually recommend a single photographer, but we leave it to your choice.
For more than 200 guests we always recommend 2 photographers. In video we always recommend 2 videographers, in this way we can make a film video, capturing the same moment from different angles.

Delivery Deadlines

The full coverage will be delivered within the period indicated in the service you have hired but, so you do not bite your nails until then, we will deliver, 30 calendar days after the wedding, an advance with 60 images of the wedding.

Free Files

We will give you both the photos and the video on a USB. We will not keep the raw file, we will deliver it to you (both the jpg and video photos) and in that way you will be the only owners of your backup copy.

Publications

We love our work, we love to capture your ideal moments! Therefore, we may use some of your photos on social networks or in various publications. If you do not want us to publish them, you just have to tell us.

Impressions and gallery

When we deliver the full photo work we will ask you to select 20 images that, later, together with the usb, we will send you printed.
We will make an online gallery with all the photographs without a watermark so that you and your guests can download the pictures one by one or the whole photo work. We will send you a link with the full report.

Transportation

Volvoreta by Jimena is based in Vigo, and the Video Team is based in A Coruña. The weddings held in Vigo (if Jimena is hired) and in A Coruña (if Video is hired) have the displacement included. From there, mileage, per diems and hotel will be added to cover travel expenses.
We will add the mileage (0.36€/ km) depending on the equipment hired, per diem (20€/person-day) and Hotel (including parking and breakfast). Depending on the destination, instead of mileage we could move by plane. We will make an invoice separately from the budget with all the displacement that will be paid 2 weeks after the reservation of the date.
